  • What qualifies as a “Special Design” award? A Special Design is a completely bespoke, custom-fabricated award created from scratch. Instead of using pre-existing templates or catalog shapes, we build a unique concept based on your brand identity, event theme, industry motifs, or a specific physical silhouette you have in mind.

  • Can I submit my own sketches or 3D files for production? Yes, definitely! If you already have a concept sketch, a CAD drawing, or a 3D model (such as an STL or STEP file) created by your internal agency or design team, we can assess it for structural integrity and manufacture it according to your exact technical specifications.

  • What if I only have a vague idea and no design skills? That is exactly what our in-house design team is here for. Simply share your event theme, target audience, budget, and brand guidelines with us. We will brainstorm concepts and present you with detailed digital sketches and 3D renderings to bring your vision to life.

  • What materials can be used for custom-fabricated awards? Special designs often look best when combining textures. We specialize in mixed-media construction, utilizing high-grade optical crystal, hand-poured epoxy resins, precision-cut metals (brass, stainless steel, aluminum), premium acrylics, and sustainable materials like natural wood or concrete.

  • Can you replicate physical objects (e.g., a building, a vehicle, or a product)? Yes, we can. Using advanced 3D scanning, 3D printing, and architectural modeling, we can replicate miniaturized versions of buildings, machinery, logos, or consumer products to integrate seamlessly into a premium custom trophy structure.

3. Timelines, Cost & Quantities | Special Design

  • Is there a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for special design awards? Because bespoke awards require dedicated engineering, tooling, and programming, they are highly optimized for medium-to-large corporate events. However, we do accept single-unit orders for prestigious occasions or individual VIP recognitions. Please note that setup and engineering costs are higher for single-unit custom projects.

  • How long does it take to produce a fully custom award? The custom fabrication process takes longer than standard catalog items. Generally, the timeline is split into two phases:

    • Design & Prototyping: 3 to 5 business days for initial 3D models and rendering approvals.

    • Manufacturing: 7 to 15 business days depending on structural complexity and materials used.

  • Are special design awards significantly more expensive? Not necessarily. While they require a setup and design allocation, we engineer the project to align with your specific budget. By strategically combining materials (e.g., using a premium metallic finish on acrylic rather than solid heavy brass), we can achieve an ultra-premium aesthetic while remaining cost-effective.

  • Will I receive a prototype before full batch production? For large volume orders, once the 3D digital renderings are approved, we can produce a physical prototype or material sample for your hands-on verification before kicking off mass manufacturing.

  • How are these unique shapes securely shipped? Because special designs often have non-standard geometric shapes, sharp angles, or delicate multi-material joints, we craft custom foam-molded presentation boxes. Each box is precisely cut out to match the exact physical silhouette of the bespoke trophy, ensuring 100% damage-free delivery across the UAE and worldwide.
