1. Customization & Personalization 

  • Can we customize the text and add our logo to any award? Yes, absolutely! All our awards and trophies can be fully personalized with your event name, recipient names, categories, company logos, and custom artwork.

  • What branding methods do you use? Depending on the material of the award, we utilize high-precision laser engraving, 3D inner-crystal laser engraving, UV color printing, sandblasting, and metallic plate sublimation to ensure a premium, long-lasting finish.

  • Can I see a preview before manufacturing begins? Yes. Once you place an order or provide your design briefs, our design team will send you a digital artwork proof (2D layout or 3D mockup) for your review and approval before any physical production starts.

2. Materials & Varieties

  • What materials are your awards made of? We offer a vast selection of premium materials, including optical crystal, acrylic (plexiglass), metal, wood, resin, and marble. We also design mixed-media awards that combine elements like wood and metal for a modern aesthetic.

  • What is the difference between Crystal and Acrylic awards? Crystal is heavier, reflects light brilliantly, has a highly polished premium feel, and scratch-resistant surfaces. Acrylic is lighter, highly durable (shatterproof), and allows for versatile, vibrant color printing and complex custom geometric shapes.

3. Ordering & Turnaround Times 

  • What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)? While we cater to large-scale corporate galas and international events, we have no strict minimum order quantity for most of our standard awards. You can order a single trophy or hundreds depending on your event needs.

  • How long does it take to manufacture and deliver the awards? Our standard production time is usually 3 to 5 business days after artwork approval, depending on the order size and complexity. For fully custom-fabricated bespoke awards, it may take 7 to 10 business days.

  • Do you accept urgent or rush orders? Yes, we understand that event timelines can change quickly. We offer a rush service for select ready-stock crystal and acrylic awards. Please contact our sales team immediately with your deadline, and we will expedite your order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Do you deliver across the UAE? Yes, we provide secure door-to-door delivery across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.

  • Do you ship internationally? Yes, we can ship awards globally via trusted courier partners (such as DHL or FedEx). Please contact us with your destination details for an accurate shipping quote and timeline.

  • How are the awards packaged to prevent breakage? Every premium award is carefully packaged. Most of our crystal and high-end awards come in individual satin-lined presentation gift boxes to ensure they arrive in pristine condition and are ready for presentation.
